I've been a customer at this dealer since 2004, bought two vehicles there, and have had all service work done there. Every experience during those visits was always very positive. Questions are answered in terms easily understood, and advice is offered for any additional service that might be needed. No pressure is ever exerted to have something done, that decision is always left to the customer after options are explained. Poor service, said they rotated tires and charged me, found tire not rotated. Tried to charge me full cost when they were aware there were savings coupons out there for service discounts.
