I brought my car in for a free recall fix. The dealership then "suggested" a half dozen services they thought I should do. Among them was replacing the cabin filter. I declined. The nominally optimal services would have run me hundreds. When I got home, my glove box door was disconnected from its damper. On line, I discovered that can happen when someone goes in to look at the cabin filter. They messed up my glove box trying to get me to spend more money. I had to figure out how to fix it myself. Shelly Peterson at Honda Service assessed my issue and suggested options to repair my vehicle. I decided to have the work done that day even though I didn’t have an appointment. As I opted not to wait at the dealership for the repair work to be done, Shelly called for an Uber to get me home at the expense of the dealership, She provided updates via text throughout and when the repair work was completed she offered to send an Uber pick me and bring me back to the dealership. Sorry I could only give Shelly 5 stars as this as at least a 10 star experience. More
