Very poor service work and pathetic parts department!!! I recently had some repair work done at this dealership, their "quality" repair work lasted a total of five months after which they refused to stand b I recently had some repair work done at this dealership, their "quality" repair work lasted a total of five months after which they refused to stand behind their work. They would gladly redo the repair a second time at my expense, again. Four weeks ago I picked up some fluids and washers from their parts department, after getting home I noticed that I had been charged $4.00 each for some washers (part #11107-PWA-300) and $6.00 each for others (part #90471-PX4-000). Let me repeat that, $6.00 for a single washer. Today I stopped back at the parts department to inquire if this pricing was actually correct or if they had made a mistake. Unfortunately the professionalism of the parts department employee that I spoke with today matched exactly the level of professionalism that I have been recently experiencing at this dealership, completely lacking. More

Did not honor extended warranty Our windshiled wiper broke and even though we had extended warranty, they refused to cover it and called it a wear item. If you dont want to honor warranties, dont sell them. I took off the wiper and myself and saw that the spline teeth had sheared off the wiper. For those of us who are mechanical engineers, sheer and wear are not the same. More
Not the service that I usually get I was not very happy w the service that I received. I had an appt scheduled. Waited while in where pull car in and stood there till I could talk to so I was not very happy w the service that I received. I had an appt scheduled. Waited while in where pull car in and stood there till I could talk to someone. I was handed off to guy named Aaron who was not friendly at all. I came in for oil change....told me service was $149. I asked several times and couldn’t understand why was paying that much when last time paid $59. I waited service to be completeled....while I sat there was upset as to why paying so much. When I went to pay I asked again and a better/clear explanation what I was paying for. Aaron was not very friendly or very personal at all. Then he took me to car that was in between 2 other cars making it a challenge to get out. Another tech came up and apologized and moved my car out for me. Was not very happy when I left. I will make sure that when I go back I wil request someone other then Aaron. Again, not the service I normally receive....disappointed. More

Poor service and poor communication I had my car towed on a Thursday and received a call at 8:00 Friday morning saying the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they discovered th I had my car towed on a Thursday and received a call at 8:00 Friday morning saying the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they discovered the safety lights on the dash would not go off. Same problem I had the day before. Now it is Wednesday and I still do not have my vehicle. Very frustrating! More

Never going back there in the last week I had a really bad experience, took my car for brakes related issue, I was told the part is out of stock and will arrive in 5 days, in the last week I had a really bad experience, took my car for brakes related issue, I was told the part is out of stock and will arrive in 5 days, left my car there and after 5 days they told me the part has not arrived and will have to wait another 3 weeks!! they didn't even bother to inform me earlier or respond to my voicemail. on top of that they replaced the driveshafts without my approval and charged me for that!! really awful service, never going back there again! The 2002 is still running like a charm with 240,00 miles and needed a fix for an oil leak and then winterization! Great work by the technicians and our service reps, Shelli Peterson and Mike Stansberry! More
