Very accommodating! I left my car there when I went out of town for a work trip. I was supposed to pick up on Friday. I called them from the airport and they were willing to wait for me so i could pick up my car and have it for the weekend. Very comfortable, customer service oriented experience! the waiting room is newly updated as is the entire dealership. I'm not used to seeing a little café but it was a nice surprise. Overall a great experience In general rob Honda does a great job. The one issue I have had is extra long wait times for work to be completed. This particular visit was estimated for 1.5 hours but took 2. On a previous visit it was supposed to take 1 hour and took 2. And after that visit I had to come back earlier than expected because my break pads were not installed correctly and wore out after just over 2 weeks. This problem was never addressed. More
