Everyone I have met at RB Honda is terrific. Working there is obviously not "just a job" for them. I've mostly dealt with Roy Reynolds and he is just so helpful and patient. I had a positive experience and my problem was effectively fixed(over heating). I was treated politely and got in and out quickly. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at RBHonda. I have only used the service department as I am not yet ready to purchase a vehicle. My whole family has their service done here. Service is excellent and the employees are very accomodating. The waiting area is one of the best in town. I live a very long distance from RBH and drive by many other Honda dealerships just to do business with RBH. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. They have earned my trust and loyality other Honda dealerships just to do business with RBH. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. They have earned my trust and loyality over the years, and I have recommended them to many of my friends & customers. The term "Customer Service" has become such clich'e in so many organizations, however, at RBH they understand the true meaning of customer service as they focus on MY needs, and treat me as one of their 'most important' customers ... I believe Honda is extremely fortunate to have these great employees at this organization because they are the building blocks of long term relationships with your customer base. More
The whole staff is so friendly and the hours until midnight are nice. I take my Toyota to them and I get better service at a better price and it does not take as long. Not a good place to get your Honda serviced - I was there recently to get my OE tires changed and the rep suggested me a set of tire and suggested me to get another local dealer's coupon to save money on the recently to get my OE tires changed and the rep suggested me a set of tire and suggested me to get another local dealer's coupon to save money on the tires. But when I was back after couple of days - they (a diff rep) started giving all the silly excuses and eventually put me off - I decided to go to a retail place to get tire replaced. Not a good place to be for sure to get your Honda serviced .... More
Three visits, same issues under warranty. These fools had the shop full with older cars and told me "could not duplicate" on rattles and wind noises. Either they are worthless at diagnostics or do not care e the shop full with older cars and told me "could not duplicate" on rattles and wind noises. Either they are worthless at diagnostics or do not care enough to resolve the customers issues when Honda pays the internal labor rate. One of my wind noises was fixed, now the window rattles when partially open. I honestly feel sad inside when I think of bringing my car back to them. Like I know I'm going to be lied to to go away again. More
