There were no unpleasant surprises and no pressure. Brad had most of the paperwork including the tag transfer done before we arrived. During our test drive we discovered a small problem and Brad and Mike took care of it immediately. After we returned to Tennessee this small problem returned and I called Brad. Brad and Mike arranged for someone to meet my wife halfway between our home in Tennessee and Richmond with a loaner car! They took our Hummer back to Richmond, fixed the problem, then again met my wife at the halfway point to return the Hummer. How's that for customer service! So nice to deal with fair and honest people who truly value their customers.
