Could not be more pleased! I was introduced to Richmond Car and Truck through a third party buying service. Just needed to take a test drive then brace myself for the all too dreaded used car sales tactics, techniques and trials I was dreading. NONE of that happened. The staff that I worked with and met (Brad Perry, who called me the night before my appointment to make sure everything was in place and ready, Rick Witt, who took me step by step through the vehicle I was expecting to see and assured everything was in proper order and Mike Eckler, the owner) could not have dispelled the car sales nightmare any better if it had been scripted. Very simply...my flabber was gasted!!! I drove away with the car I wanted with no stress, anxiety or drama. I will, and am now, referring anyone in the car market to at least give these folks a serious look. If you don't do business with them I suspect it will be because they simply didn't have the car or truck you wanted. So...to the staff at Richmond Car and Truck.."Thank you"! With that being said, going to car dealerships is frightening and sometimes a pain dealing with pushy salesman or pushy sales managers. This however, was not the case. From the moment I showed up Rick was very friendly and very easy to get along with. I had stopped about a month ago and looked at the vehicle I purchased last night. I am very picky when it comes to getting a vehicle. I go over it with a fine tooth comb. Even knowing it was a used vehicle and will have some cosmetic stuff, Rick and Brad were able to order the pieces to fix a couple of things no problem. These two stayed with me two and a half hours past closing to finalize the sale and make me a truly happy customer. From the sales price, to the fixing of some minor issues, to the finalizing of paperwork, and the financing was superior. I truly recommend going there. They have the same values as myself when I sold, be there for the customer. Even when I went the first time Rick didn't try pushing me to the vehicle. He let me drive it, talked to me a little bit, and when he found I was still looking, he didn't just walk away. He continued to talk to me and advised for me to keep them in mind and keep an eye open on their lot for anything I liked. Knowing that I wasn't going to get bombarded with phone calls all the time was also a great feeling. In a long story short, stop by and give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed. More
