Second time buying, best experience yet. This is my second time buying a car, but first from Richmond center. First visit was just to look for a truck with in a price range, that they didn't have at the time, but would call me when they would get one. Week later they held up their word. I ultimately got a SUV for my commute to work is so long but was equal sale price between the truck and SUV. One thing I will note here is that I felt the truck was little pricey for the miles and age of the truck, however they where mods done to it that I feel like would make it to their asking price. They also showed me the carfax list and the value of the SUV if i was to turn around and trade it again which was higher then sale price. How true that actually is and not a marketing tactic I don't know. I was able to get the right amount of fainancing I was looking to do, even with a long term payment my apr was very low. they handled all the registration and Lincensing of the SUV (i live in Kentucky) and taxes all in the purchase of the SUV. Which was great to me and very convenient. Compared to my first time buying somewhere else, though could be that they just moved to a new location I had to do all that myself. Back to the sales team and manager were all very nice and respectful, even when I was looking around at cars and going back to pick up my plate I talked to the sales man I was with about other things not relating to car like talking to a friend. All in all I would buy a car again from them without questioning it, I even plan to go back and purchase another from them when I pay off my current one.
