Collision Center - excellent work!! I had collision repair done on my 2003 BMW 530i and it was excellent! I was hesitant to take a BMW to a Ford dealership for anything, let alone colli I had collision repair done on my 2003 BMW 530i and it was excellent! I was hesitant to take a BMW to a Ford dealership for anything, let alone collision repair, but the collision repair center's receptionist indicated that they have the best painters in town. This faciity is approved by my insurance company, and having been disappointed by other collision repair places in the past, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Richmond Ford. Not only was the service advisor friendly and helpful but the repair was done very well. They even went so far as to touch up a few spots on the back bumper at no charge AND the car was vacuumed and very nicely cleanup on upon getting it back. The interior was vacuumed while the exterior was washed and the tires dresed. The rims were even shiny. I highly recommend the Richmond Ford collison center, and while I hope I won't be needing this kind of service, I won't hesitate a second to take another vehicle there. More

I purchased my Ford Focus from Richmon Ford located at 4600 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Va. Cody Barr was my Sales Person and he did a great job selling and hepling in the process. I purchased my car back in May of 2013 and I was not happy when I found out that someone had ran into my car. My car was parked outside my home and the young lady did stop and took responsibility. Richmond Ford Body & Collison Center did a Great Job repairing my car. Jimmy Turner kept me informed through the website and through emails. He always responed to my emails or call by the end of the day or early the next morning. Nancy & April always was very helpful and friendly when I called. The guys in the Body and Collison shop did and Awesome job! Also the Service Dept did a great job with the Front & Rear Alignment. I was a little concern that the new paint job wasn't going to match up well with the old paint but it did. I cann't tell where the new begins and the old starts. My car ounce again looks the same way it did a year ago. It's shining like new again! I am very happy and grateful everything that the staff at Richmond Ford. I purchased a 2007 Ford Taurus from Brittney a couple of weeks ago; the car was missing a second key and I needed the key pad code. I set up an appointment to have service take care of these issues and was weeks ago; the car was missing a second key and I needed the key pad code. I set up an appointment to have service take care of these issues and was told it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes. When I got there I was told it would be at least an hour. Obviously I was not happy so I searched and found Brittney. She apologized and went to service to see if there was something she could do but no luck. She could tell I was not happy and was without hesitation offer a loaner car so I could get to work. I filled out some paperwork and off I went. To my surprise, she called in exactly 1 hour and told me the work was done. Thanks to Brittney's hard work Richmond Ford STILL has a very happy customer! More
On February 18, 2014 my new 2014 Ford Explorer was rear ended on the west bound I-64 Staples Mill Road exit ramp during icy conditions. After initiating the accident claim with my insurance company (Nationwide) I drove the damaged vehicle to the Richmond Collision Center at the Richmond Ford Dealership located at Westmoreland Ave and Broad Street. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by Ms. Nancy Anderson who initiated the repair invoice and informed me of the processes involved. During the entire repair period I was updated (almost daily) by emails and photographs of my vehicle's repair status by Mr. Jimmy Turner. I was very pleased with this method of keeping me informed of the repair status. On March 6th I was notified my vehicle was ready for delivery. On Saturday March 8th I inspected and picked up my repaired vehicle. The repairs look great . Great job! More

Jason Alfieri has always been extremely helpful when setting up an appointment to get my truck serviced. He quickly answers my emails to request service to my F-250 to fit me in at my convenience and w setting up an appointment to get my truck serviced. He quickly answers my emails to request service to my F-250 to fit me in at my convenience and when I picked up my vehicle yesterday, I showed him some mail I had recently received from the dealership which included some service discounts and he quickly pointed out to the lady ringing up my ticket where I could save $75 based on that mail which the lady took off my total bill. Picked up my 2011 F-150 last night from the Collision Center after completion of the repairs from damage to approximately 25% of the passenger side including rear door, rear quarter panel and the cab bod Center after completion of the repairs from damage to approximately 25% of the passenger side including rear door, rear quarter panel and the cab body itself. The work that was completed looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. My experience could not have been any better. Jimmy Turner handled all aspects of the repair, kept in constant communication with me about the status of the repair, was responsive to my inquiries, advocated for me, at times, with the insurance company and took care of every aspect of the repair. He was great! The technician who worked on the car (do not have his name) did an outstanding job in rebuilding the complex body lines of the cab and went above and beyond to get the repair completed on time. The receptionist who answers the phone at the collision center (Nancy?) was always pleasant and made sure Jimmy received my messages in a timely manner. He was kind and patient, when I was distraught over the possible loss of a car I loved. The money my insurance company offered would not have come close to allowing me to buy as nice a car. The collision department did a great job rebuilding it, stuck to their initial quote, and the total came in only a little over the insurance settlement. I am so overjoyed to have the car back. It was spotlessly clean and in beautiful condition, with a life-time guarantee on the work. I feel grateful I could trust his department, and everyone working there: Nancy, April, Jay, and Wes. More
What Richmond ford has done for me is going above and beyond what any other dealer would. Honestly, I know Its because they care. Anytime I walk into the service center I say hey to Walker, he asks about my cars, how I'm doing, and has been my go to guy for the service on my Shelby gt 500. When I just dropped it off there not to long ago, he hooked me up by getting someone to put tires on my alcoa rims knowing they had the right equipment that wouldn't scrape off the expensive powder coating I just got done. There also was a tiny scratch on my steering wheel which we weren't sure where it came from, Walker replaced the whole thing just for me. Anytime I drop off my other half, I know its in good hands with these guys. More

The deer apparently survived the accident, but the car sustained significant damage. When I picked up the car on 12/13/13, after the repairs were completed, I was greatly pleased that the guys at the Ford Collision Center were able to completely restore my car to a "brand new" condition. The workmanship was fantastic and it was a great pleasure for me to deal with such a friendly and knowledgeable service staff.
