Collision Center is Fantastic My experience was nothing but pleasant, which was a relief after my car was hit. They fixed my car and got it looking as if the accident never happen My experience was nothing but pleasant, which was a relief after my car was hit. They fixed my car and got it looking as if the accident never happened. When I noticed that my tire was going flat every 2-3 days they told me to bring it back in. They took care of me right away, found the problem, then they drove down to another dealership and got the part needed and fixed it for me without charge and with no delay. More

The staff people are all very friendly and helpful The advisors that I have used (including Dan Callahan) are very knowledgable and always on-top of things to help you very quickly. I am writing this very positive review because I always walk away from Richmond Ford Lincoln with a big smile...mostly because of Mr. Chris Jones who is an EXCELLENT MANAGER there! Chirs is wonderful! He is: (1) a very good listener, (2) very professional yet sincerely friendly, (3) extremely knowledgeable about cars and car parts and workings, (4) knows how to personally handle car issues, (5) always willing to help you personally, (6) will definitely go out of his way to help you, and (7) always makes sure you are happy with your experience at Ford!!! Chris is not related to me, but I almost feel like I am working with my brother (I actually do have a brother named Chris Jones!). Whatever your needs for parts, collision, or repair issues, Chris makes you feel that Ford will handle your situation with the utmost care and concern. He always makes sure that you get your car back in as a quick of a turn-around as is possible and considerately lets you know what to expect. There are never any "surprises." I have had Chris help me with both some minor cosmetic repairs as well as some collision damage. Chris always gives you his full attention. I have never felt rushed and have never felt like just a "number." Ford, you have a super wonderful employee at the helm of your collision and repair center at Richmond Ford Lincoln!!! Body Shop My new F 150 Raptor was raptured by buzzards. Ate almost all of the exterior rubber and plastic on the truck. From the time I was in contact with your associate Vicky Sanchez I was handled with extreme professionalism and courtesy. She processed the claim with the Insurance Co. and was able to get my truck in and out in a timely manner. Even after I picked up my truck there was a couple of issues that came up and she was on spot to assist in resolving my issues. I did get to meet the tech that worked on my truck and he was able to answer some question I had and also was very pleasant to work with. From the receptionist in the in the Body shop to the tech, to Mrs. Vicky, your firm is in great hands with people like this working for you. Job Well Done!!! More
Awful deceptive and very disappointing I had my wife carry my 2008 Lincoln MKX in to Richmond Ford for an oil change and to determine if my air bags were on the recall list. My wife was to I had my wife carry my 2008 Lincoln MKX in to Richmond Ford for an oil change and to determine if my air bags were on the recall list. My wife was told the air bags would need to be evacuated but did nothing to perform this evaluation. In the course of performing the oil change the service technician did what Richmond Ford described as a courtesy inspection and determined that the power steering fluid needed to be drained and refilled. This great information was to cost me upward of 180 dollars . I would later pay 104 dollars at a nationally recognized car service provider whom I have been doing business with for years. But this is not what was disappointing. After getting the oil change and "courtesy inspection "my wife drives a block away and felt a very odd shake in the vehicle. She took the car back and was told there was an issue with a motor mount. An immediate claim was filed with our warranty company to make repairs. The day before the service was to be performed, my wife called to learn there was no paperwork on the impending service and no one knew what was going on. Frustrated my wife took the car to Firestone Complete Car Care. A full inspection of the car by Firestone revealed the car has newly installed motor mounts. It is painfully obvious Richmond Ford had created an issue to make a non needed repair or to claim to have made a repair in an effort to charge my warranty provider. Let me be clear; I am a loyal Ford owner. I have even purchased a vehicle from this location in the past. This is not a reflection on the Ford brand but on this dealership's service department and its service manager. More
Excellent Experience I had to bring my F-150 back in due to a little issue with the truck bed cover after it was installed at this location. CJ and Justin Hinds went above and beyond once again to make sure it was fixed quickly! I was in and out in 15 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better people to bring my truck to!
