Recall on my car, poor customer service I could not believe the way I was treated by Robert Harman. This Ford dealership does not care about you, they lack compassion for their customers and I could not believe the way I was treated by Robert Harman. This Ford dealership does not care about you, they lack compassion for their customers and for the Ford brand in general. LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they are true and consistent. The customer service in this place is nonexistent. There’s currently a recall on my car. I spoke with corporate before calling Richmond Ford and they let me know with my car not being able to move I could take it to ANY dealer and they would expedite the process. The part is not available and looked into discussing options for a loaner car which I spoke with corporate about the day before. They stated I would have to pay out of pocket REGARDING A RECALL. I mean it’s honestly ridiculous, I call corporate and they literally ask me if they offered to reimburse me or anything. They don’t uphold the standards that Ford has set in place for their customers. They don’t have training and they don’t follow guidelines that corporate imposes. As a Franchise or not represent Ford or change the name, we don’t want a bad taste in our mouth about a GREAT company with your terrible customer service. It’s a recall I didn’t cause this problem myself. I am reporting that you allowed an employee to give me her incorrect name when I stated I was calling corporate pathetic. I won’t be taking my ford to get serviced here for free and you definitely shouldn’t give them a penny. More

This is where I was was introduced to Jeanna Gordon in the service department. She and I conversed over the phone and she made the earliest appt she could for me. She communicated with me via text very thoroughly and kept me posted as the car was brought in the very next day much to my delight way ahead of the appointment day we had scheduled. She would text me the issue and estimate and I felt very informed and comfortable through this entire process. I had some tough questions surrounding how my car was just out of warranty. She did her research and helped me see why and when it ran out. She was so kind and assuring. I had the old fear of “The dealers gonna screw me over” initially and Now after getting my car back the next day with all issues fixed at what I think was a very reasonable price considering .... my view of RICHMOND FORD / LINCOLN is that they truly are NOT LIKE THE USUAL DEALERS and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I even spoke with the mechanic working on my car and he was super nice and helpful in explaining some things to me. RICHMOND FORD IS SOLID GOLD In my book because of Jeanna Gordon the service writer ... I can’t believe I’m saying this AFTER getting my car fixed at a dealership .... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TOP SHELF SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND COMMUNICATION. More

From them calling me back quickly, to sending a tow truck, to being completely up front and honest about all repair costs, to staying in regular communication about the repairs and schedule, and to doing a stellar job, I couldn't recommend them more. They made a stressful experience as low stress as possible, and my car honestly looks better than it did before the tree incident. If you're looking for a service provider, start here. Jimmy Turner and the Collision Team did an outstanding job! I had an accident with my 2017 F-150 Lariat last December where the frame needed to be replaced. I really don't understand where did ford found him. He hesitates to accept there is a problem with the car. The problem is very clear in the car which I can see but he couldn't see while driving. I felt really disgusting. The way he talked to me made irritated. He is not even willing to diagnose the problem instead he avoids the issue by saying everything is normal with the car but hesitate to say it is perfect. There is a small problem with which is slight hard shifting and nor correct down shifting. He says there is no suchproblem. More

Not just an oil change. I deal with Jason when I come in for service, I give him my keys and he takes care of what the car needs. Very easy to deal with! My car was in an accident- side swiped on 95S, the car was 6 weeks old!! JImmy was very helpful in being sure my car was returned as good as new. He was responsive with email keeping me up to date on the process. They said it would be returned in 2 weeks and it was!! The car looked beautiful, inside and out.
