Amazing service dept Yesterday I took my 2013 Ford Focus to this dealership for a repair that I was told from another dealership was not covered under my warranty and woul Yesterday I took my 2013 Ford Focus to this dealership for a repair that I was told from another dealership was not covered under my warranty and would cost over $2,000 to fix! Well I gathered the funds and took my car to my local dealership (Richmond Ford). When I arrived I told her I can only fix up to my budget of $2000. Not only did they fix all of my issues, I also got an oil change, state inspection, and free rental car for under $500!!! Susan and her manager Mike in service are amazing! I would recommend this dealership! More

Sales good, repair warranty service horrible. Sales experience was good I will say that. It was an easy transition paperwork completed quickly. I dealt with the conmercial side of things. 2 brand new f350s, 2016, one of them 10,000 miles and the fuel system goes on it. Dealership refused to fix this under factory warranty, after research i learned this was a common issue. Service mechanic told us good luck with extended warranties, factory is hard enough to get. After a lot of phone calls and refusal to pay the 10,000 quote to fix it, the dealership somehow said we would only owe 1000. I agreed and proceeded with having the vehicle fixed. I sent my employee to pickup the vehicle which I then had to speak to the manager, he said to give him a cc on file, they would not charge the card until I spoke to Ford customer service again. I was still trying to argue ford not covering warranty. Long story short the manager lied to me, hid our keys and truck and refused to give up the vehicle. I took 1000 cash to the manager and demanded he provide keys and the vehicle... they had it locked in there shop. Pathetic. Long story short they were awful when it came to service and standing behind their vehicles. The other truck i bought from them i took to bill talley ford in Mechanicsville and had a completely different experience. This truck experienced the same issues, and bill talley warrantied it with no questions asked. Its insane how richmond ford lincoln has no pull in warranty approval, so they say, thats a load of bs. I want everyone to be aware. The more I tell the story and experience to other vehicle owners and commercial site contractors who had dealt with richmond ford lincoln, they have all had similar experiences. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. And have since had our extended warranties refunded on all 3 trucks due to the mechanic being so brutally honest about having good luck getting anything covered under that. More

Consistently outstanding service advisor We would like to highlight the consistently outstanding and very professional service advisor that we have worked with. For the past two years since w We would like to highlight the consistently outstanding and very professional service advisor that we have worked with. For the past two years since we moved to Richmond, Tony Fructuoso has been the service advisor we have turned to when we have had any problems with our Ford Explorer and Lincoln MKZ. We seek him out for his advice and professional help whenever we need to bring our cars in for repair. We cannot say enough good things about Tony. In every instance he has shown us the utmost courtesy, kindness and gone the extra mile to make sure that our cars were taken care of as soon as possible and that we understood what needed to be done. He has always been willing to listen to our concerns and follow up with them. We have continued to come to Richmond Ford Lincoln because we trust him and know that he will be forthright, honest and take excellent care of our vehicles. In our 30 years of driving Fords and having them repaired in the many places we have lived, we have never had such an outstanding service advisor. More
They cancelled my appointment without notification I had an appointment scheduled for January 7th, 2017. We had a snow storm in Richmond. I called ahead to be sure my car would be serviced before I made the drive. I called and spoke with a rep at 10am. He told me if I felt safe to drive that they were open. I left work at 1 pm in order to make my 2 pm appointment. When I arrived at 1:45 pm I was informed that the state inspector had been sent home early because the roads were bed and that I would not be serviced. I am ok with all safety precautions that Ford makes for the Employees. HOWEVER I thought it was very rude not to take that same precaution for a loyal customer. It would have been nice to receive a call advising me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled prior to me leaving work and making the drive. I feel that I went out of my way to not cancel my appointment being that I was told the location was open for business ONLY to have them NOT show the same courtesy. I was very unhappy. More
