Excellent Service after accident I was in an accident a few weeks ago and was unable to drive my car due to the damage. I called Richmond Ford and they took car of everything from set I was in an accident a few weeks ago and was unable to drive my car due to the damage. I called Richmond Ford and they took car of everything from setting up a tow truck to helping with insurance to help alleviate any stress. There were several things that insurance did not notice during their initial appraisal and Chris Jones fought with the insurance so the car would look and drive like it did before the accident. He called me every time he felt something else needed to be fixed and kept me in the loop during the whole process but reassured me he would take care of everything. From the moment I called Richmond Ford until the day I picked it up it, I felt I was taken care of and so was my vehicle. The car looks and drives better than it did before the accident. The staff at Richmond ford were polite and made the drop off and pick up of the car easy. I bought my car from Richmond Ford and continue to refer friends and family to the dealership. More
Superior service! I obtained a repair to the attachment point for the Torsion Bar on the trunk of my Toyota Avalon. The bar is what allows the trunk to raise and stay I obtained a repair to the attachment point for the Torsion Bar on the trunk of my Toyota Avalon. The bar is what allows the trunk to raise and stay raised. The bar snapped a few weeks ago and my Toyota dealership stated that the repair had to be done by a Body Shop. Given that I had this same car repaired for an auto accident in 2012 by Richmond Collision Center (Ford), I went back to them. They did an excellent job on the repair in 2012. Therefore, I went back to them for this matter. This shop is one of the Preferred Body shops for my Auto Insurance Company. Given that I have several years of experience as an Auto Insurance Adjuster (to include writing repair estimates) and many dealings with Body Shops, I recognize quality where it exists. I received a warm welcome when I went in to schedule the estimate. My estimate was performed by Thomas Albanese, Jr. He was professional, courteous and friendly throughout the process. I asked if they offered a Military Veteran's Discount. He promised to look into it. The repair was done on time and I received a substantial discount along with first-rate service. I really appreciated them cleaning the car before returning it to me. I keep my care in excellent condition, and was very well pleased with the spotless condition in which they returned my car. Additionally, they offered a substantial discount on the service. I'm writing this review because I do not take superior service for granted. I have walked out of many businesses for their lack of professional service. I highly recommend Richmond Collision Center for any auto body repairs. I would not hesitate to use them in the future! Irby Johnson made arrangements for the old license plate tags to be transferred to the new Ford Fusion, as well as, filling out the paperwork so the service department could attach them without my having to do anything! While, Irby was in a meeting, Tony and C.J. personally took care of this task, and I didn't have to walk or be inconvenienced. WOW! What a comforting feeling! They made my day!!! a great day!! More

Worst Service Department Ever Lets start off by saying the entire buying experience was great. Jose and Jack were great to deal with and will bend over backwards to help you out. T Lets start off by saying the entire buying experience was great. Jose and Jack were great to deal with and will bend over backwards to help you out. They both deserve a raise, especially Jose. Hopefully the owners read this because my wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles here since thanksgiving of 2015 (over $100,000 spent) and again the sales end of things was great. Now to the 1 star review. First off my new F250 started to have a leak so I brought it in to get the leak fixed. Apparently the seal on one side came from the factory and had a crack in it. Apparently in the process of fixing it they instead broke the windshield so I had to get a "loaner vehicle". The service adviser informed me that he would have a "loaner vehicle" ready for me within half an hour. I waited almost 3 hours to ensure everything was taking care of before coming in to get my loaner vehicle. After waiting for 30 minutes for the service adviser to actually show up at his desk because nobody could actually help me he informed me that enterprise would be right over and pick me up to take me to get my loaner vehicle. I finally made it to enterprise after over an hour and a half ofshowing up at Richmond ford only for them to give me a hyundai piece of junk car because they had no trucks available. After getting my F250 fixed (I have literally driven the vehicle less than 500 miles since it was "fixed") the entire seal that holds the top of the window in place comes apart and is literally flapping and sounds like a helicopter taking off from the top of my truck. Lets just say Jose again went well out of his way to take care of me, however of course the service department couldn't get it right the first time. Ok now on to the 2nd vehicle. 2 days after purchasing the 2nd vehicle (an Explorer Sport) a panel on the side of the window which is more or less a cover flew off. Again Jose took great care of us and made us actually feel like a customer that the company actually cared about. Unfortunately the service department doesn't have the same type of people working there. Picked the car up 2 days later and it was "fixed" only for it to go back less than 2000 miles later FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. The service department literally can't do ANYTHING RIGHT. That's just based on the 4 times I have been there in the last 6 months for 2 separate vehicles that could not be fixed correctly the first time. You all can keep the free oil changes you have promised for all of the inconvenience's that you have caused us. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this dealer to purchase another vehicle much less service any vehicle which is a complete shame because again the sales end of things could not have gone any better and sadly the sales department were the only ones that could actually help me get anything solved when it came to the Service end of things. Part of purchasing a new vehicle again unfortunately means you have to deal with the service department and they have absolutely answered my question of not to ever deal with this dealership again. Great Customer Service Following Aluminum Galvanic Corrosion I purchased a new 2013 Ford Explorer, ruby red in color, from a Ford dealership in Western New York in March of 2013. Shortly thereafter, I returned I purchased a new 2013 Ford Explorer, ruby red in color, from a Ford dealership in Western New York in March of 2013. Shortly thereafter, I returned to Richmond. In February 2016, I noticed one dime sized bubble in the paint at the very front edge of the hood. Approximately 3 weeks later, I found that the one bubble was not at least a dozen bubbles. Searching the internet I learned that this appeared to be Aluminum Galvanic Corrosion, which has been an issue in some Ford model years, especially along the front of the vehicle's hoods. In early April I stopped without and appointment at Richmond Ford and a very nice associate at the service desk set me up with an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at Richmond Ford and was immediately approached by Joe Haddon who stated that he would be assisting with my situation. After seeing my Explorer, he apologized for for having to have encountered this and told me that it was Ford and Richmond Fords goal to make this right. He told me that he was aware of Aluminum Galvanic Corrosion and gave me a further explanation of how it occurred and what Ford was doing to correct vehicles which had been affected. Joe took several photos and information from my vehicle's door plate. He did tell me at the time that it appeared that my 2013 Explorer may be just our of the 36 month warranty. Joe went on to say that he would establish my claim and call me with a claim number, which he promptly did. When Joe called me, he confirmed that I was outside my warranty by only a few weeks and that I would need to call Ford, at a number he provided, and state my case for Ford to fully cover this repair. Joe also said he would be working on my behalf to get this situation resolved. I called Ford and they took additional information from me over the phone. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Joe and he said that he had it worked out with Ford that Ford would completely cover the repair and he again explained what it would entail and how long it may take. We then set a date for me to drop my car at Richmond Ford. I dropped my car at Richmond Ford the day of my appointment and again was met by friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The day prior to my schedule to pick up my vehicle, Joe called and said it would be a couple more days due to trying to match the hood to my three year old ruby red paint. He also asked if this delay were too inconveniencing and that Richmond Ford would try and assist if it were. I was not in need of my vehicle, so the answer was no. The offer was greatly appreciated. A new delivery date was set and on that day, I picked up my 2013 Ford Explored which was as shine as the day I drove it off the lot brand new. I learned that Richmond Ford also had to remove and paint the fenders to match the paint. The customer service and service I received from Richmond Ford can't be matched. I also received a very nice follow-up phone call from Mellisa Best. Thank you to Joe Haddon, Mellisa and the entire Richmond Ford team. Sean Montgomery More
