From start to finish, I was amazed by the helpful, friendly service I received from Anna Aydlotte. From scheduling the initial service to helping to coordinate my rental car, Anna was amazing to work with. I was impressed with everyone I worked with at the Richmond Collision Center, but Anna truly shines. Being without your car is never convenient, but Anna and the team at the Richmond Ford Collision center had a customer-focused mindset, and it made a huge difference. I rarely write customer reviews, but my experience in this case left me with no choice. What a fantastic customer experience! Thanks Anna! More
Help with problem after I purchased the F150 BLF- Franco Perrone took care of business and fixed the problem. Without going into the weed, when I purchase my F150 someone at the dealership did not close the loop on my paperwork for certified pre-owned and caused a problem when I tried to get a warranty item fixed.Once I got Mr Perrone in the mix of the problem he took care of me and resolved the problem very expeditiously. He far exceeded my expectations and Richmond Ford should be honored to have a person of his caliber to work there. It is people like Franco that make your company shine! Great work Franco- Hooah! The people at each Ford location make an impression, good or bad, as such relates to whether I will return for service and/or purchase a new or used vehicle. The impression one person can make on a customer is endless. The person will likely not know what the impression is until the customer does / does not return. The customer becomes important when the customer does not return. I can honestly can say the reason I returned to Richmond Ford Lincoln was because of Melissa Best. I trust Melissa Best and trust cannot be purchased. More

Stress free service! Awesome experience! I drive from Spotsy to/from work [1hr20m] and a little wrench light came on [2/17/16]. I, of course, panicked because my car hesitated when I reached I drive from Spotsy to/from work [1hr20m] and a little wrench light came on [2/17/16]. I, of course, panicked because my car hesitated when I reached the toll plaza so I called Richmond Ford when I got to my office. I spoke with Service Advisor, Susan O'Dell regarding the issue. She let me know that they were pretty busy [a good service dept would be] but that she would do everything she could to get my Escape fixed so that I would not have to use a rental any longer than I had to. Wow...someone looking out for another person in this busy world! I took my car in and Susan advised that she would let me know later in the day what I was looking at price wise and the length of time for service. She called that afternoon with the quote and said it would be Monday [2/22/16]. Susan called me this morning, I went in, picked up my 'just washed' car and even though it cost me a little over $800. I was so happy! Go figure! Happy to pay a bill. The reason? Because with all the hustle and bustle in the service department I was treated like I was the only customer of the day! It was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and conversation and not feel like I was just a 'number'. Thank you Richmond Ford! Thank you, Susan O'Dell! The Collision Center manager (Chris Jones) assisted me with my car leak. Mr. Jones frequently kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was repaired with little wait time. All staff members were very friendly and greeted me in passing. I plan to return to Richmond Ford Lincoln for routine maintenance on my vehicle. More

Mr. Jimmy Turner, Estimator in the Collision Center, established that the vehicle was a total loss. This was confirmed by the appraiser of the insurance carrier of the person who caused the accident. Mr. Turner could not have been more appreciative of my situation, or helpful in resolving the matter. I recommend Mr. Turner to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.
