Great Service Joey Foust sold me on the paint protection package, after only 3 months of owning my new truck, I ran over a spray paint can on the road, my new black Joey Foust sold me on the paint protection package, after only 3 months of owning my new truck, I ran over a spray paint can on the road, my new black truck was covered with white spray paint. Joey helped me through the entire process in filing the claim and following up to make sure all was taken care of, the paint was removed and the service team re applied the paint protection package at no charge. The warranty company paid for the paint removal, and the truck looks awesome again! Thanks to Joey and his team. More

way above and beyond expectations I bought my truck, a 2011 F150 in Sept 2016 from a salesperson whose only care was the commission check. Based on the list, I don't see is name ("Tony") anymore at the dealership, so I'll leave him out of it. Suffice it to say, had he still been there, my review would be less than stellar. The end of July 2017, I had an accident which tore up the right front quarter panel, hood and grill as far as body parts go. (Had it repaired at Richmond Ford downtown, and kudos to them on the work they did!) When I bought the truck, I also bought the paint and interior protection from Joey Foust. Being more skeptical than believing he convinced me at that time to get it done. I was rather impressed with the way the truck turned out, and the way the shine has lasted that when I wrecked the front end I knew I was going to have to get those parts re-done. Last week I called Joey and told him my story, and asked if and when I could get those parts re-treated, he said sure. I asked him how much, having every expectation to pay something, and he said 'nothing'. I was shocked. Then he said he'd re-treat the entire truck- for nothing. Then he asked if I needed a loaner to drive while he had my truck. At first I declined, then realized days before hand that it would be very helpful, so I called him 2 days before my appt and he had a loaner for me. Again , way more than I would have ever expected or asked for. So I dropped it off the day before my appt, and left in another vehicle. When I went to pick it up this evening I realized that he had also detailed the interior! Amazing. Again all of this was was WAY above and beyond my expectations but it is the service that I've recvd from Joey, and previously the service dept (Tony Martin) at that location, that I can say with assurance, I will be back and I will highly recommend it as well. More

First rate Guest Services department When I purchased my 2016 F150, I also purchased the Entire Car Protection plan offered through their Guest Services program. It's barely been a year When I purchased my 2016 F150, I also purchased the Entire Car Protection plan offered through their Guest Services program. It's barely been a year since my purchase and that coverage is already paying dividends. Somehow got a large wad of gum stuck in the middle of the back seat, and filed a claim to have it cleaned. The process was simple. They came to my house and cleaned the seat right in my driveway. It looks like new. And when I went back to the dealer to have the seat re-treated (part of the warranty requirements), Joey Foust made that process incredibly simple too. He scheduled me the same day I called. He gave me a loaner car so I was not inconvenienced, and best of all there was no charge - all part of the plan, Entire process was simple, convenient, and very effective. I strongly advise anyone buying a new vehicle to purchase the plan and to buy your vehicle from this dealership. They are the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. More
