EXCELLENT PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape in July 2016 and purchased the exterior and interior protection package. I brought my car in on 2/23/17 for a routine I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape in July 2016 and purchased the exterior and interior protection package. I brought my car in on 2/23/17 for a routine service and I had noticed that blue dye from denim pants was rubbing off and staining my tan leather seats. I spoke with Joey Foust and he explained and showed me how to file a claim through ECPI. He explained in detail how the process would play out . He even took the time to load the App onto my phone for me, which was a huge help. He took the car to the detailing shop and within 15 minutes, he returned my car and all the stains were gone. This was so incredibly helpful to me and I appreciated very much Joey taking the time to handle this for me. Joey has always gone out of his way to provide an excellent customer experience. Every time I have dealt with anyone at this dealership, I have been delighted by their friendly welcoming attitude and their willingness to do anything possible to satisfy the customer.....the staff are always smiling and pleasant....such a delightful change from my dealings with West Broad Honda where I always felt like they were doing me a favor just to speak to me. Kathy Tester is the Service Advisor that helped me today and she was exceptional. She was friendly and welcoming and she reviewed everything on the service form with me. I am extremely pleased with the Richmond Ford West staff and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
