I just made arrangements with Joey and he offered to re-seal the entire car and offered me a car for the day. Can't get any better than that. More

He was extremely professional but also made the process of buying a car as enjoyable and quick as possible. He was very attentive and I could tell he was genuinely excited for me to be getting the car I was, not just about the money that would be in it for him which was very refreshing. Joey Foust was also fantastic to work with. He was extremely amicable and great throughout the entire process. When he was describing the Interior and Exterior Protection Packages they seemed far too good to be true! Whatever you do, don't fall for the stereotype that the charm is just to make a sale, he meant it when he said it would be worth it, and this is obvious given he himself has it on his own car! I had purchased a 2005 Explorer and after the protection package was put on I couldn't believe just how shiny and new looking my Explorer was. My mom bought a 2016 Explorer and got the same package, and we both are in love with what it has done for our cars. One thing I thought worthy of mentioning was that I could tell just how detailed the service was because a few gift cards and wrappers had fallen down into the crevices where absolutely nothing can be reached, and I had long since accepted they were never to be found again, but all those things were nicely placed in my cup holder for me, so they did a very thorough job. (And yes, from the outside, in the dark, I could see just how shiny the seats looked- and it's 11 years old.) Another thing that was so awesome was that the warranty will cover the next seven years. If anything happens in the next seven years to my paint or interior they will take care of it, even if I move out of state, which, as a student, is a great accommodation. If you are on the edge about Richmond Ford West, I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Every person I encountered made the experience a pleasure. And if you aren't sure about the Protection Package: GET IT! You won't regret it. It's an incredible deal for incredible service. More
Only average I purchased a Ford Escape in July 2015 and my AC crashed at 1800 miles. When I brought in for repair I was refused a loaner car and just told how a man made machine can just break sometimes. After a heavy argument I received a loaner the next day. The cover to the airbags under the steering wheel was damaged with that servicing so now the airbags need to be replaced. I loved the car when I bought it but now get worried consistently with what may be next and I just keep getting hounded for an extended warranty. I am now seeing why I guess. A company needs to cater when there are problems with a new car. More

Guest Services We purchased a new Ford Explorer in April 2014. We also purchased the paint protection treatment offered by Guest Services. This past summer (2015) We purchased a new Ford Explorer in April 2014. We also purchased the paint protection treatment offered by Guest Services. This past summer (2015) we were rear ended and had to have the hatch repaired and repainted. We also needed to have the paint treatment applied again after the paint had cured. We had it applied today, January 5, 2016, and it looks like brand new!! I want to thank Joey Foust and his team for the wonderful job they did. Thank you Joey!! I. Grimsley More
