I was disappointed with the service, I have the maintenance plan and expected that my car would be washed & vacuum. The car was not vacuumed, if the car was put through the automatic wash it was no maintenance plan and expected that my car would be washed & vacuum. The car was not vacuumed, if the car was put through the automatic wash it was not wiped down, you should be familiar with the ILX, the inside doors all the dirt was all collected. More

Not satisfied at all with my service today.
