Excellent service! Loved Francisco’s personal touch in meeting me at my car as I pulled in and addressed me by name! I had never been to this service department before. Had my car towed Sunday night to VW. Spoke with TAO approx. 8:15 a.m. MON. Said he would get back to me in 2 to 3 hours to let me know what was going with my car. After me waiting MORE than 6 hours, approx. 8:15 a.m. MON. Said he would get back to me in 2 to 3 hours to let me know what was going with my car. After me waiting MORE than 6 hours, I had to phone Tao, because he never contacted me. This tells me 1.) Tao 's word has no value (can NOT be trusted) and 2.) He doesn't value me as a customer, because he chose to ignore me for more than 6 hours! Then, he tries to glad-hand me when I went to pick up my car as if to "make it all better". What a disappointing experience! More
