I just purchased my Acura on 01/29/21 after leasing for 3 years. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I felt pressured with all the fees including a ???Predelivery Service Charge. PLEASE what is that? All the sudd years. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I felt pressured with all the fees including a ???Predelivery Service Charge. PLEASE what is that? All the sudden fees presented to me just benefit Rick Case Acura. Another upsetting issue was the price the dealership tried to charge me at time of purchase which was more than the buy out price on my lease. The car had only 12.656 miles and was in perfect condition. I am writing this review with the hope the dealership will make changes so future buyers don't have to go through what I went through. It was an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience. This is the third Acura I have purchased and have never gone through such a negative experience. The rating for the dealership should not even be one star. I wish all at Rick Case Acura could be as professional, calm and helpful as Terry Jarvis who has always deserved 5 starts. More
