Very poor communication. Actually no communication at all. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning. By Tuesday I had not heard from them. Called Wednesday to get a status. My service adviser voice all. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning. By Tuesday I had not heard from them. Called Wednesday to get a status. My service adviser voice message was full. Left a message with the receptionist to have someone call me. No one did. Called back the next day. Another message. Finally a week later based on me calling I was told my car was ready. No one explained what was done. I had questions and everyone was busy so I left. My car was not properly cleaned. There was some sort of residue all over the car. I had to take it to a car wash to remove the residue. My car seems to be functioning properly. However, Truly a poor experience in communication with a customer who has purchased several Acura's from this dealership. I also saw one of the new car management not wearing masks as well. If I were a new customer I would have turned around and left. More
