Worst follow through ever!! I called Roadside assistance and waited for three days before finally the service manager had to come out to service my car and put in a new battery. I had multiple phone calls s and waited for three days before finally the service manager had to come out to service my car and put in a new battery. I had multiple phone calls stating someone would come out and killed days waiting and eventually no one showed up. AAA came out but couldn’t tow the car based on my driveway. What’s most upsetting is I was luckily stranded at home but what if my car was stranded somewhere unsafe. The first night someone was supposed to come out I didn’t even receive a call back until after 7pm (long after the sun went down)that no one would be able to answer the call for assistance. This was a total disappointment and leaves me leery next time I have to rely on Acura for roadside service. Eventually the service manager personally drove over to swap out the battery and apologized on behalf of others, which was very kind of him but I received nothing more for my hassle and by the time he was finished missed another day of work. More
