Horrible service department I was driving my 2014 FIAT 500L and all of sudden I smell something like rubber burning. I looked around other cars and actually it was coming out o I was driving my 2014 FIAT 500L and all of sudden I smell something like rubber burning. I looked around other cars and actually it was coming out of my car; smoke and smell. It was so bad that I thought the car was about to blow up. I took it to the dealer where i purchased my vehicle and they were extremely rude. They told me they couldn't replicate the problem therefore they were not able to give me a loaner so I can leave my car for service. They did not care to the fact that I was scared of my safety. IT IS NOT NORMAL UNDER ANY CONDITIONS FOR A CAR TO SMOKE! A few days later I tool it to another service office (FIAT north Miami) and they told me that the car did not have any problems. Ever since most of the time when I drive my car, it smells like burning rubber. It is a very unpleasant smell. Anyways I took it back to service and I was advised that the smell is normal. How can this be normal? A month ago I was pumping gas and gasoline was leaking from the bottom of the car, after taking it to service, they advised me that there was no issue with the car. Today my rear window exploded! I heard a loud noise and I got very scared! Luckily I was not on the highway, I was inside of a parking lot, Of course fiat doesn't cover the repair even though it is a manufacturer's issue. I read many forums and many people have had the same issues as me with their 500L. I am tired of having to waist my time and most importantly I fear for my safety because I don't know what would happen next with this car. More

I to have purchased 3 cars with this dealer. Big mistake. More
bad service experience I had an appointment to have my 2013 Fiat serviced for a bad shake in the frontend. I arrived at my scheduled time (9:00am). I was told that the problem was probably with tires being out of balance. The service associate asked if I had ever used the fix-a-flat kit that comes with the vehicle. I said I had. Four hours later my car was returned at a cost to me of $58.25. To my mind, 4hrs. to check and balance tires is a ridiculously long amount of time. I had to make a "pain in the butt" of myself to get my car back to me. Rick Case's Fiat dealership is like an afterthought compared to his VW dealership at the same location. I won't take my car there for service again nor will I recommend the dealership to anyone! More

customer service skills lacking. Have bought two cars from rick case will not buy another. Maybe being large is not good they loose customer service. They charge you an arm and a leg for their "warranty" its a joke. More
Disgusted As for "Quality of Work". only God knows. It was the 15.000 miles service. It was supposed to take less than a couple of hours; it took more than 3, for Mr. Flores was talking with friends that dropped by to visit, and then, a long phone call. Then, he had to do the invoice (the paper work had been on his desk all the while), and then, take the car to be sprayed with water (it can not be called "washed') and only the was I able to leave. So, from a little before 8 am to something like 11:30 for the "service", that consists of change of oil and filter and checking vs. items; estimated time, just over 1 hr. There was a recall on the steering column opening; estimated time, .4 hr. Total estimated time, less than 2 hour; total REAL time, 3.5 hrs. Also, the customer has to pay a $ 20 charge for "Repair order". All in all, no car is worth all that aggravation. More

Manny is AWESOME! Bought the 500L Trekking back in December and have had a couple of issues that can possibly happen with any new year/model car. Manny has been nothing Bought the 500L Trekking back in December and have had a couple of issues that can possibly happen with any new year/model car. Manny has been nothing but accommodating to help me get these issues resolved and made sure that I did not drive out until I was completely satisfied. It's very refreshing to deal with a Dealer's service dept. where you are not treated like a number. Manny and the service manager Juan have made an unpleasant experience very palatable. I highly recommend that you not only buy your cars from Rick Case but don't worry when it comes time to service your vehicle because their slogan "WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO STAY #1" carries through their whole company! More
