Tiffany was willing to be patient and work with me through this time even though I was planning to buy a car at a dealer in Oregon not even from her dealership! She got me an approval that no other dealer could match and walked me through the process like a truly caring professional. I cannot tell you how many times I called her on her personal cell phone with questions or needing help with something and she always helped me even on her day off, even if it wasn't her problem! After shopping around and comparing other dealer's offers, I ultimately decided found that there is NO ONE who even comes close to treating me so well and works so hard in South Florida! This girl knows EVERYTHING about the cars and how to treat people with respect! Rick Case should be very honored to have her working with their company-she embodies their "My Customer, My Friend" saying and is the most "VIP" part of the VIP offers they have. Without her, I imagine it would have been easy to just take their offer to Oregon and try to get someone there to match it but she made everything so perfectly seamless that I could not justify buying anywhere else...I would rather purchase there and ship it to my new house! Turns out, that wasn't necessary, and I ended up staying in Florida so I have had the pleasure of continuing to work with Tiffany as she scheduled my appointment for me, and has followed up with me after the deal. I continue to be surprised by her service and friendliness and if you're reading this I have to recommend to you not only that you buy from Rick Case but that you buy from their very best salesperson Tiffany Shelton! But they are so large and so busy that some things such as standing in line for the payment desk and waiting on what should have been a minor service appointment can be frustrating. I have not heard yet how the new Genesis brand will be handled (i.e. in the current dealer network or separately) but if they want to keep luxury customers happy they will need to lower wait times, improve delivery processes and provide a higher quality and more luxurious experience at the dealer.
