It took us to see 7 jeeps before i looked at this 2007 jeep wrangler. No one else being private owner or dealer was able or willing to work the price with us (because I was signing alone). Salesman: Matt Kmosko dealt with us the whole way and made everything flow smoothly with the work of the other Gentlemen that worked that day on 5/27/15. I never thought any dealer could wiggle through our situations with us but, Rick Case Hyundai was a blessing to me and my mother on our last hope. They had a lot of troubles getting the loan I needed because no banks would take my credit score(which was good but weak for first time purchasing). In the end, they made it happen with struggle but smiles on their faces. We all learned something that day and was very well worth it. From walking through the doors with Matt Kmosko welcoming us, to leaving the doors with a smile on everyone's face made my first car buying an incredible experience. Excellent Experience Over The Top !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must say I expected the usual high pressure sales from walking into a dealership but it was not this way. We were greeted by someone as soon as wer I must say I expected the usual high pressure sales from walking into a dealership but it was not this way. We were greeted by someone as soon as were getting out of our car and then entering through the door it was liking walking into your own home. We were introduced to Matt Kmosko and he was so accommodating as to what I needed and my budget was and he didn't try to push anything . He listened to what I wanted and to my needs which was so refreshing . He took his time and made sure I was comfortable in the car . To me Matt made my car purchase today a very easy transaction and comfortable one. Thank you Rick Case for having employees like him.
