After visiting many car dealerships and driving many vehicles, I was greatly impressed with the quality of the Sonata and service at Rick Case. I had been a 20 year customer of Toyota and wanted to swit vehicles, I was greatly impressed with the quality of the Sonata and service at Rick Case. I met Brett Garcia, who immediately impressed me, because I know at the end of the day they need to make a sale, but never once gave me the slick car salesman talk! Maroone Toyota had given me a a enticing deal to stay with Toyota. I explained this to Brett and he went to the sales manager and explained my deal. At first the sales manager stated there was no way he could match the deal. I am sure Mr. Garcia was disappointed at the fact of losing a sale, but was gracious and kind when we were leaving the dealership. Also, the fact that as a female,I could easily be mislead. I informed them that I was firm and not going to negotiate back and forth. Make the deal, I buy the car! The next day Brett called and stated the manager could give me the same deal as Maroone. I came in to purchase the car and there were no surprises. I love my Hyundai Sonata and would recommend Brett Garcia and then your dealership, because his service is what really sold me the car, because I had gone to another dealership who said they would beat your price if I came back to them. As a business professional you might want to keep Mr. Garcia in your mind for your corporate office. More

I really had a good experience in buying my car at Rick Case. The attention was real good and friendliness of the people was excellent. I have a complaint. I was offered a cargo net for my Elantra 2012 and when they were to install it, the net did not fit because it was of a diferent type. The car use a luggage net that you did not have in stock at that time. The option that I received was to buy the net which I think it was not fair because I was offered a net and if you did not have it at that time, it was a matter of you getting it and call me to be installed in my car.
