I had my heart set on a 2012 Hyundai Genesis R-spec sedan. While all of the other South Florida dealers I spoke with simply refused to sell the car for any price below MSRP, Ralph Sorrentino went the sedan. I cannot say enough good things about Ralph and his sales consultant, James Taylor. If not for them, I may very well have ended up with another brand of car (I was that frustrated). This is our second purchase from Rick Case (the other being a Honda Odyssey). They really go out of their way to make the customer happy. To say I am pleased would be a huge understatement!
