Quite simply, my experience at Rick Case, with Odell Gervais as my sales associate, was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I've had in my life. I came in to buy a 2012 Sonata, well-prepar Gervais as my sales associate, was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I've had in my life. I came in to buy a 2012 Sonata, well-prepared with my bottom line price according to AAA, my trade-in's Kelley Blue Book value, and my best financing rate through AAA. I specifically wanted to work with Odell, as he had put a Sonata lease together for my son a year earlier and my son said many nice things about him. Well, after we had found "the car", Odell worked with me to satisfy all of my requirements, all in the most supportive and respectful fashion. Without the usual games of managers coming to sit with the customers in order to pressure them, Odell simply took each of my requests to the necessary people, and ultimately was able to get me my new car for my exact price. With that completed, I explained that I would require 2.9% financing for 60 months or I would need to finance through AAA, and with the help of Steve Fosse from Finance, that too was quickly accomplished. Steve had all of my paperwork ready to go, I signed, and then as soon as my car was "prepped" by the (independent) on-site prep service, I was in my car and on the way home. Overall, a great experience with some really great people, and I will definitely be recommending Rick Case Hyundai of Davie to anyone who is looking for new car. More
