I have been coming to Rick Case Hyundai for years to get my car serviced. Although it is a bit of a drive, I must say that the service is excellent. Daniel Lucatorio service advisor knowledgeable and efficient. $69 wash and detail. The car was not clean! Did not rub off bugs on bumper or side view mirrors. Tailgate was not clean. very disappointed, I've purchased several vehicles, needed some warranty work on Hyundai Sonnata paint, Rick Case said it was out of warranty by 2.5 months (paint is only covered for 3 yrs) and to deal needed some warranty work on Hyundai Sonnata paint, Rick Case said it was out of warranty by 2.5 months (paint is only covered for 3 yrs) and to deal with the manufacturer, contacted manufacturer and was told this was the dealership discretion to get the issue covered under "good faith warranty" left 3 messages, dealership will not return my call - so much for "good faith" they only seem to be interested in selling cars and service - not standing behind the vehicles they sell - by the way, i sent Glenn Bolanos an e-mail explaining my situation as i was about to by another Hyundai for my daughter, he didn't even have the decency to reply to my e-mail - EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED More
