Unbelievably Excellent Service! (service date 01/15 - 01/19) I was helped by not one(1) but two(2) Service Reps; Joel Arango & Daniel Lucatorto. My initial contact was Joel, who very professional, t 01/19) I was helped by not one(1) but two(2) Service Reps; Joel Arango & Daniel Lucatorto. My initial contact was Joel, who very professional, thorough and went through every step of the process with patience and articulated himself very well. Joel went above and beyond to even setup a rental as my car needed to be held at the service center for a few days. I told him I was new to the neighborhood and now have a reason to look forward to all my service visits with this specific dealership. A stark contrast to what I was used to in other service centers. Lastly, when I returned to not only pick up my car but also turn in said rental, Daniel greeted me upon entrance to the building and offered to assist since Joel was taking care of another client at the time (I showed up much earlier than original discussed with Joel). Daniel not only offered to process my pickup & return, but also went WAY above and beyond to ensure all documentation was explained, reminded me of reimbursement program that I honestly forgot was still associated with my car (2012 Tucson), and even offered to honor a complimentary oil change I didn't know I was entitled to. Daniel too was very professional and courteous and made the experience feel as if I were in a luxury car dealership (no offense to R.C.Hyundai LoL). Extremely pleased and could not stop talking about the great service. Looking forward to future visits and could not be happier to live so close by!
