I had an appointment at 3 o’clock for my car to have a recall software update done, check on an issue that I was having and also the recommended oil change and tire rotation maintenance for the car. I was told that it was going to have to be left and that they would call me the next day to pick up. I did not receive a call all day, so at the end of the day around 4:30 I called the dealership to see what was going on with my car. They told me that if I didn’t hear back from my service advisor in a half hour to give him a call back. I actually didn’t call till the next morning and funny how when he texted me back almost immediately my car was miraculously done. (I wonder when it had gotten finished the day before and the fact that nobody told me). Additionally, like I said, part of the service was a tire rotation. I had a feeling the last time I got this service that the tires did not get rotated but I couldn’t prove it. This time I marked my tires before I went in. Sure enough, they did NOT rotate them, however, on the invoice it says they did. They are also low on tire pressure as I know that was the case before I brought the car in and I thought that they were going to fill them to the proper psi as part of the service. They are the same psi as when I brought them in, but funny they made sure to let me know that I had “only” had 5 mm tread left and tried to sell me four new tires. How convenient. I will be going to a different Hyundai dealership to get my warranty work done from now on. My Santa Fe is less than 2 yrs old. More
Dwayne Robinson is truly smart and one of the best sales associates. He knows his product. I work in sales and the reason I came back was because of Dwayne's customer service. As for Malik and Ryan as managers, they are very welcoming and were the most transparent people I have met. They both broke everything down and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. These men a truly great at what they do. More
Unprofessional Sales Manager. I planned a visit today to see a unit that had just come in. Spoke with the sales associate a few times confirmed I will be in after work. I checked back in to confirm availability before I took the hour and a half drive. Sales associate confirmed the unit was available, but I wanted Sales Manager to confirm and also wanted to discuss the ridiculous mark up that I was still willing to pay. Sales manager confirmed units availability (this is my third confirmation now) and said she will hold the key and make sure the car will not be sold and I can come and drive it/start the buying process. I am roughly 10 minutes away from the dealership and get a phone call from the sales manager who proceeds to inform me they just sold the unit. I couldn't believe all the confirming and assurance that this manager gave me and just sells the car while I'm moments away during this ridiculous drive. Livid isn't even good enough to describe what that woman did. Gigantic waste of my time and money(gas is not cheap). I am waiting on a callback from the GM and highly suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for something hard to find. Dealership just wanted that sale and that is very evident. I mean you really confirmed my appointment 1 hr before you call me back DURING MY TRIP TO YOUR DEALERSHIP and call me 10 minutes before I arrive. I fully expect a refund on my gas and time wasted driving all over south florida trying to overpay for a car. Yes this is getting posted everywhere until corrective action is taken on that sales manager and I get some form of reimbursement for the giant waste of time/gas this entire endeavor was. Don't believe a word they say on the phone this is just absolutely unacceptable. More

The communication was friendly and prompt, but like most car dealerships right now, Rick Case Hyundai is price gouging people who are desperate for a vehicle. They are charging thousands of dollars more for car dealerships right now, Rick Case Hyundai is price gouging people who are desperate for a vehicle. They are charging thousands of dollars more for a used car than if you had bought it new. They are also adding an almost $3000 bloat “protection plan” to the purchase which is not optional. I won’t support a company with such poor values who prays on people in their time of need. More
