First off I’am so happy to have bought my vehicle from this dealership. I have never had a Hyundai and now I will NEVER have anything else but a Hyundai. Before coming to this dealership I had a unfortuna this dealership. I have never had a Hyundai and now I will NEVER have anything else but a Hyundai. Before coming to this dealership I had a unfortunate experience at the Hyundai dealership on 441. I had a bad taste in my month after that experience to where I didnt want to give another Hyundai my time and business. But, a family member of mine suggested this location and man am I grateful he did! This dealership is very attractive and after just 5mins of bronzing the new car lot Yende Francis a salesmen approach us. He was very attentive and very friendly. He asked us questions getting knowledge of what we wanted first before offering his opinion. Which is big plus instead of just “selling us any high sticker vehicle”. He gave us a range of what we could and could not afford with our monthly budget we wanted to stick with. He made us feel very comfortable and easy going. Usually going to a car dealership always seems like a hassle but nope not this time. We were in and out of there within 2-3hours! It was unbelievable! I was truly shocked! Not only did I have a amazing salesmen but my finance advisor Christian was awesome as well. Super talkative, friendly and fast pace. He made finance look like a breeze. Also, the updated technology. Usually when your coming out of finance you have a bunch of papers to take home with you. Nope, not this dealership they put all the documentation on a flash drive for you!! Just blow my mind. And I went on a holiday, President’s Day. They had all their flags up and a sign. Not one dealership i went to before going to this dealership had any decorations not even the Hyundai on 441. This dealership looked like it was ready to make a sale happen. They have a great team in every department. My whole experience was extremely satisfying and I will definitely be coming back to THIS dealership again and sending many many many referrals your way!
