Bought a new car at Rick Case Hyundai. Brought in the care for service and left it there the entire day so they could check out what was wrong with the front seat. Never looked at and said you will have to bring it back. No offer of a loaner car or we'll make it right. Next appointments 3 weeks later. Horrible service, with no care for the customer. More
