Prior to getting in touch with Deshannon Lewis at Rick Case in Duluth, I had spent a solid month trying to find the specific 2011 Hyundai Elantra configuration I was looking for. Being that the car is in such high demand, dealers had little to no interest in actively tracking one down for me. That was not the "case" at Rick Case, however. Deshannon Lewis and Matt Rowan took a very proactive interest in finding my car for me, and Deshannon continually kept me updated on their progress. Once they secured the vehicle, you would think there would be no room for bargaining on price, since they knew they had THE car I wanted. That was not the case, however, and throughout the purchasing process, Deshannon was upfront, honest, and extremely respectful. In just a few minutes time, we'd reached an agreement on a very fair price, and they even beat the financing offer I had prearranged with my bank before visiting the dealer.
