Ken was very courteous, knowledgeable. He followed up on the sale when I had to return the auto for service the next day. He gave me a loaner car to drive in the interim. This is the 4th car either I or a member of my immediate family has purchased from Rick Case -- we would not be repeat customers if we didn't feel comfortable with the entire team.
