Thank goodness, I had Emmanuel on my side, he was willing to go that extra mile. He was coming to get me if I needed a ride, or kept calling me, even if it seemed like I was loosing interest, and sending me pictures. This went on for a couple of weeks, and he never gave up on me. I like that kind of spirit. "Plus he had a lot of Patience" I hope that he will always remember me too. Specially when I come back for service. (Smile) More

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE. I bought Hyundai Sonata 2010, this is my first ever car I wanted to buy a car nice and within in my budget. I did search and found that Sonata is the one which has all I needed. I found RICK CASE (Horrible place), went there. Sales person Emmanuerl Kubandi tries his best and is a nice sales man, but the problem is with GM and Finance People I mean both Casey and the other lady who works in Finance. Well after spending few hours found the car had a deal on the price. Than they take you to the finance people. WORST FINANCE PEOPLE EVER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and make you to buy extra packages. They would not tell you the total cost adding but would trick you by telling for example its $1 extra per month and after you sign and find out that cost is $6000, they would pull out the paper and say "You signed here". Bottom line, if you happen to buy from this place be aware of the tricks of Finance and specially the rudest rudest GM Rick Case has, his name is Stephan Gronberg. I know they try to give good price but the poor customer service discourages me and specially when this is my first car. If Mr Rick or Rita happen to read this I have a suggestion. The customer service by sales department provided at your Hyundai Duluth, you would loose customers like me who just bought first car and will be buying again in near future. I like my new ride but would not go there to buy another car and would not recommend any one to buy from here. On the other hand they have one of the best service/maintenance people who work hard to satisfy the customers, I really like Monica in service she takes good care and I hope RICK CASE treats her well. Fred Scott was the Sales Consultant who helped me purchase my used Accent. He was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. My wife and i were looking for a new Sonata after our 2009 Sonata was totalled in a wreck 2/11/11. We went to Rick Case and met with Ken Hinger. Mr Hinger was a great saleman. Very patient. Steve was very helpful and friendly. I would definately purchase a vehicle form him again. We actually live in TN and he made the whole process very simple for us. Went in to see a Hyundai Sonata that I had seen on the internet. Came to to the dealership and looked around the lot. Wasn't followed around or bothered while doing so, which made the experience even be internet. Came to to the dealership and looked around the lot. We told him about the car we had seen on the internet, and he within just a few minutes found the car we were in search of. We test drove it and loved it. After a few back and forths trying to come up with the price we could afford, we came to an agreement. I must tell you, I hate buying cars, and I don't like dealing with dealerships usually. But I have to say the entire experience was a delightful one. The people were very courteous and the overall experience was fantastic. I would absolutely tell a friend or family member to buy an automobile from this dealer. We are loving our Sonata! Thanks Fred! And thanks Rick Case! More
