Went in to see a Hyundai Sonata that I had seen on the internet. Came to to the dealership and looked around the lot. Wasn't followed around or bothered while doing so, which made the experience even be internet. Came to to the dealership and looked around the lot. Wasn't followed around or bothered while doing so, which made the experience even better. After a few minutes or so, Fred Scott came over and asked if we had been helped. We said we hadn't. We told him about the car we had seen on the internet, and he within just a few minutes found the car we were in search of. We test drove it and loved it. After a few back and forths trying to come up with the price we could afford, we came to an agreement. I must tell you, I hate buying cars, and I don't like dealing with dealerships usually. But I have to say the entire experience was a delightful one. The people were very courteous and the overall experience was fantastic. I would absolutely tell a friend or family member to buy an automobile from this dealer. We are loving our Sonata! Thanks Fred! And thanks Rick Case! More

Fred Scott was a good sales person since he persuaded me to purchase my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz SUV. I am usually the type of person who walks out and thinks about the offer but since I was able to negiotate to purchase my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz SUV. I am usually the type of person who walks out and thinks about the offer but since I was able to negiotate and get some things that I wanted, I was satisfied. I was a little disappointed that my battery died on me several times as well as having an issue with the sunroof that was installed making some noise whenever I rode with it opened, but Fred Scott always made sure that the repairs were completed. I was especially pleased to be able to do business with Derwin Ware because of his warm and friendly personality as well as his patience to allow me to ask questions that sometimes may not have always related to his department. He would take the time an go that extra mile to get my questions answered which would make me feel more comfortable to contact him first about any issues that I needed to have taken care of. He always made me feel that he was genuienly happy to see me. I never felt that he was in a hurry to finish conducting business with me. I really appreciated the way he worked with me. More
Rick Banks was straight forward, honest and eager to meet my needs. Moreover, they let me test-drive the Sonata (which I love!) for 24 hours. I drove the Accord, Camry and Sonata. We had a very good experience at Rick Case Hyundai. Our car salesman, Ken Hinger was GREAT to work with. We came there knowing what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. I work in a customer service industry and he is someone that I would want on my team as he has great customer service skills. I had a wonderful experience with Rick Case. Both Fred Scott and Kelvin Endee were superb salesmen and helped me get the car I needed. My credit was not the best when I went into the dearlership, but thes Scott and Kelvin Endee were superb salesmen and helped me get the car I needed. The financing is great and the car- a 2005 Hyundai Sonata has been great. I would definitely recommend Rick Case to others. I am a salesperson myself, and as such, I realize that my customers want to feel like they are getting a deal. We felt that Mr. Scott knew he "had" us since we drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Georgi customers want to feel like they are getting a deal. We felt that Mr. Scott knew he "had" us since we drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Georgia to look at this car, and so he would not budge one inch on on pricing. Moreover, I felt he was very smug about it. He basically told us this is the price, and we could either take it or leave it. Obviously, since we did drive all that way, we knew we were going to leave with the car regardless of whether or not the salesperson budged on the pricing because it was a good deal on a 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe. However, we also left with a bad taste in our mouths. This company may be able to lure people in with the promise of a good price, but customer service and relationships is what keeps customers coming back. Rick Case got our one time sale, but we tell everyone about our negative experience and would never go back or recommend the company. Thank you for your time. Lynn Armstrong More
