Steve Hall was my salesperson. He is courteous and professional and answered all my questions about the car and pointed out a lot of great things about the Sonata that I hadn't even considered. He made me feel welcome from the beginning and very comfortable during the entire process. No high pressure. There was no going back and forth and nickel and diming. He provided me with realistic and straight forward numbers and worked with me to get the best price for my trade and the best price on the Sonata. I would highly recommend Steve and Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth for making this the best car buying experience I've had. More
My Experience was great. I dealt with a young honest salesman, who showed me all the atractions of the 2011 Sonata. Which I must say is beautiful car. I was in and out in a couple of hours The Managers were excellent. And Reginald gave me what I wanted and we were all happy at the end. I got what I wanted and so did Reginald and the Rick Case Managerial staff. I had been in my car for 10 years and recieved the blue book value on it. I got the color I wanted and they even added leather seats to my Sonata GL. Which doesn't come with it and I got it at resonable price. This is my first time in a Hyundai Sonata GL. When I left the dealer they gave me a full tank of gas which lasted me seven days and I am a traveling hospice nurse. And that was just what I needed coming from a Lincoln to a Sonata, especially with the gas prices raising. Reginald is the best salesman that I have ever had. It wasn't his knowledge or the deal. It was really The unique customer service that I experienced. I know he was working to get me the best everything for my buck. And that is what counts. I would recommend him to everyone and the Rick Case team. God Bless!!! More

I'm one of those people who considers buying a car to fall somewhere in the spectrum between merely stressful and an outright ordeal, so it takes a lot to turn it into a positive experience. I made the long drive from Newnan to Duluth strictly because I wanted to drive the only Tucson GL manual 5 speed in the Atlanta area. I wanted to eliminate this car from my decision set and wound up intending to buy one. And I'm very impressed with the warranty offer, since I typically keep a car for a long, long time, so I'll make my purchase at Rick Case Hyundai. Steve Hall was the perfect salesman for me. Not pushy, straightforward and very patient. He got me a lot further into the process than I ever expected to be at the end of the day yesterday. What a relief! I'd gladly recommend Steve and Rick Case to any of my friends who find themselves in the market for a car. More

Mr Gronberg listened to my wants and needs with my new Santa Fe. I had been to many other dealership looking for a new Santa Fe. I was tried like a second rate person at the other delerships. Mr.Gronberg had great product knowledge about the santa fe. He went over with me about the 20 year 200thousand mile warranty that Rick Case offers. Then went over the 5year 60 thousand mile road side assiants. Then Mr. Gronberg gave the numbers up front and did not play any games with me. My sales person was wonderful!! Can't say enough nice things about Kelvin Endee. Once financing got involved it was horrible. I had financing already set prior to going in. The finance person (don't remember name) had me sign off on everything assuring me the deal was not finally until I drove off in the car and told me my down payment would not be depositied until after that time sa well "most likely not until Monday" were his exact words. After reviewing the paperwork when i got home I went back in the next day to get the car and started asking some questions. I was told my check had not been deposited. I told them the price was not what I thought we agrred on and I had another dealer who was willing to sell me the car for less. The financial person informed me that I was obligated to take that car and there would be no further negotiations. I was then told me check had infact been cashed and the loan was already secured in my name and it would affect my credit if I did not take the car. I had a rental and they were in a great hurry to get me in the car and off the lot. I immediately called the bank to stop payment, told them I was under NO obligation to take the car and that I would be going to another dealer to buy the exact same car. This went on for three hours until I asked for the Manager. Suddenly he wanted to "fix" everything. They lied about my interest rate, lied about the obligations of the contract and a very nice sales person lost the deal. I would NEVER go there and will encourage other to stay away as well! More
We received a price quote from Shawn Phillips, which supposedly was the out the door price, and gave a deposit to hold the vehicle at this price. Upon driving 3 hours to the dealership, Shawn was not a supposedly was the out the door price, and gave a deposit to hold the vehicle at this price. Upon driving 3 hours to the dealership, Shawn was not available to assist us, so we were passed to Deborah. She showed us the car, rode with us on a test drive. At that point, we told her we were ready to purchase based on Shawn's quote. We presented a $500 discount coupon from Case's website. Chris, the manager, refused to accept the coupon. We agreed to proceed anyway, and wrote our check for the previously agreed purchase price. We were passed from Deborah to the finance manager (this was a cash sale), who attempted to pressure us into buying an extended warranty. After receiving the keys and owner's manual, the office manager decided that our check, which had been on his desk for an hour, was short in the amount of $625 (for documentation fees that had never been mentioned before). After a 3 1/2 hour wait, our deal fell through due to Chris' arrogance and refusal to honor his salesman's quote. This dealership blew a $30,000 deal over a $625 documentation fee. We do not recommend this dealer under any circumstances. Thirty minutes later, we visited another dealership and purchased the identical car with the same equipment for the quoted price. More
