Good buying experience, LOUSY service experience! I bought a 2015 Genesis last year with 10K miles. I loved the car from the time I climbed in it for the first time. Unfortunately, a few weeks later h I bought a 2015 Genesis last year with 10K miles. I loved the car from the time I climbed in it for the first time. Unfortunately, a few weeks later had an electronic issue. It took 4 trips to Rick Case and complaining to their regional service rep to get them to finally find what they admitted to me was a dangerous issue. When I returned to pick up the car. Tammy, the service manager confronted me and tell to tell me in so many words I was lying. I quickly corrected her by reciting the timeline of events. She was not happy with me. As I climbed back in the car, another electronic issue happened in front of her. As I pointed it out, she replied that I should expect "hiccups" from time to time. Four trips since then and they still conveniently find nothing wrong. So periodically I and anyone riding with me have our lives put in danger when the adaptive cruise control fails to see the traffic in front of us!! Shame on you Rick Case! Shame on you Hyundai! More

And; after test driving a Tucson Limited, we were so impressed with its performance we purchased our vehicle that same day! Sales people are great. Service Manager is not I went to look at a used 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport at Rick Case in Duluth with mixed feelings. I had previously purchased a Tucson there and had se I went to look at a used 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport at Rick Case in Duluth with mixed feelings. I had previously purchased a Tucson there and had seriously maintained it using the Rick Case service center. In 2012 Tammy Baker really gave me a hard time when sloppy maintenance resulted my car breaking down as I headed to the airport to catch my flight, I never went back and swore I never would. The sales personnel I meet and worked on this venture, Robert and Chianna, have turned around my opinion somewhat. Car is great-experience was great. But trying to get the service inspection report generated a response from Ms. Baker of ""she'd get to them when she gets to them." I will NOT return to Rick Case for service and will make sure my recommendations to Rick Case Hyundai always include my disappointment in the lack of civility of their service manager. More
