World Class Customer Service I had a fantastic experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA. We went in looking for an SUV that had 3-rows. The vehicles we were considering wer I had a fantastic experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA. We went in looking for an SUV that had 3-rows. The vehicles we were considering were the Hyundai Santa Fe and Kia Sorento. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible vehicle for the needs of our family. Since the Rick Case Kia dealership is right next door, they even went over to and brought a Sorento onsite for us to examine side-by-side. At no time did we feel any pressure from the staff at Rick Case Hyundai. We received top notch customer service from the entire team. Special thanks to Robert Baptiste, Daniel Kidd, Henry Olowu, and Dale Allen. This entire team made our shopping experience pleasant.
