I'm sure the rest of the sales staff there is great, but by the time we'd completed our purchase we felt blessed to have been working with her. Dale was of similarly excellent caliber. His intellect, capability, and experience were evident in addressing our questions regarding financing and payment options. He even helped us to make a two part payment, even though it ended up being more work for him, instead of having us make a single payment, then making the second payment to the bank we'd arranged out financing with. We even got to speak briefly with the Will, the sales manager, who really drove home the impression of a culture of customer satisfaction. My wife and I love Hyundai cars. However, this was our first time buying at Rick Case. It's a safe bet that when we get ready to buy our next Hyundai, we'll be going back to Rick Case to do it. More

From oil change to new car I came to this location as I always do for a routine oil change. The staff spoke with me about the exchange program. Salesmen either came rushing out toward us or totally ignored us. Kash came out and introduced himself, we asked some questions, he answered. No pressure, no hanging around us making us uncomfortable, he was just around when we needed him. He is a very polite, really pleasant man. No pushing. He was just available. It was a great experience. I actually felt like he was as excited for me to get my car as I was. He came in early to make sure the car was absolutely perfect when we picked it up. I appreciated that.
