He was knowledgeable, professional, sweet, and very pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for a new Hyundai, go see him, tell him Angie sent you. You will not regret it. Rick Case should give him a bonus for helping me. I had a lot of questions. The sales manager, Robert Baptiste, was just as memorable. He worked with the figures and I feel like gave me the best deal he could. He also was knowledgeable, professional, sweet and a pleasant man to deal with. He was probably pulling his hair out behind his desk. And the Finance manager, Eric Kim, was also the same. I was there several hours making this huge decision and got very hungry. Mr. Kim gave me a pastry from his own dinner. You can’t get any better than that. I had questions about the sales and Ad Valorem taxes. He went over the whole contract line by line with me. Prior to finding Rick Case, we dreaded going to a dealership even to look let alone buy a vehicle, but Rick Case changed all of that negativity towards dealerships and the car buying experience. We would highly recommend the dealership and the vehicles. My brother and sister-in-law bought a car there last summer and had a wonderful experience. We hoped for the same. We were greeted by Daniel Kidd. We were not that familiar with Hyundais and Daniel was very knowledgeable. After deciding on a used car, we worked with Robert Baptiste during the negotiating process. Robert was friendly and made the deal! Even the finance manager, Dong Kim, was pleasurable.
