Service experience was terrible. Initial service advisor did not pick up calls or communicate updates for a week so had to leave messages with Sales and Service managers. They will use all underhanded tactics in the book to get more money out of you. Please go to a different dealer who will make you leave feeling happy and proud of your purchase, rather than feeling cheated. More

I submitted an inquiry on a Tucson hybrid and after receiving an email from the sales manager and a sales associate, they never bothered to respond to my call or email for follow up. I had an appointment today (05/28/22) for 9am at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth to look at the Ioniq 5. I was a little late and I received a call 15 minutes before I arrived, asking if I was going to make it. When I arrived I was supposed to speak with Roberto Matamoros, but he wasn't there. I then found out the Ioniq 5 that I was supposed to look at was sold the day before. No one had the decency to call and let me know that the car was sold, so I ended up wasting an hour and twenty minutes driving there and back home. I spoke to one of the sales managers Bongsu Choi and he said it wouldn't happen again. They are unprofessional and don't have any regard for anyone's time. I will never do business with Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. More
I don't know if it is the dealership or just Hyundai Cars. One word.... Cheap Cars! These cars have more recalls than any other car I have ever known and owned. Five years ago, I started to purchase Cars. One word.... Cheap Cars! These cars have more recalls than any other car I have ever known and owned. Five years ago, I started to purchase Hyundai vehicles for business since they were relatively inexpensive. In that period, I have owned 10 Hyundai cars and have had over 17 recalls. Most Hyundai Dealerships are also trash, they will not honor the Warranty and or give you a loaner. For those that want to purchase Hyundai cars, you may be lucky and get a great car and a good dealership, the alternative is xxxx. Even Hyundai Motors of America are as useless as the cars themselves. They take forever to fix the recalls and won't help you if you have issues with a car. The reimbursement program is xxxx. Instead of giving loaners, they want you to rent and pay for the rental and ask for reimbursement which they scrutinize with a fine-tooth comb and take forever to pay. IF they did that with their cars we would love them. So with Hyundai cars, you are either a lucky owner or one whose going through xxxx. Those are your alternatives If they work they work well, when they don't you are in for a tough time both from the dealership and HMA. If you can, stay away from Hyundai cars. They are not worth the trouble or investment when you get problems with the car. Again from the dealership and HMA. I bought a car from Rick Case Hyundai that did not drive off the lot, the salesperson selling the vehicle claimed it was checked and double-checked for safety and it was a great car. After purchase, I was told that it needed a new transmission and it would take 2 months or more to get the part and fix it. Luckily I was able to get my refund after about a month and wasting my time to purchase. Less than two months that very same car was sold to another person, poor guy he bought the car trusting the dealership only to be sold a dud. I am sure he will come here to write his review. In this market, there are certain cars and dealerships you should stay away from. One of those is Hyundai! More
