Also I want to shout out the cleanup staff as well as the rest of the staff for keeping the dealership super clean, the place was immaculate, something that stood out to me to. There was a problem with the insurance company I was dealing with when it came time to purchase insurance for my vehicle which delayed the sales process which had nothing to do with Hamilton or Rick Case. I was frustrated and ready to get into my new car and Hamilton went out of his way to help get the situation resolved.
