My salesperson Hamilton Dueberry. as well as the entire staff was very, very friendly and treated me with respect. Also I want to shout out the cleanup staff as well as the rest of the staff for keeping the dealership super clean, the place was immaculate, something that stood out to me to. There was a problem with the insurance company I was dealing with when it came time to purchase insurance for my vehicle which delayed the sales process which had nothing to do with Hamilton or Rick Case. I was frustrated and ready to get into my new car and Hamilton went out of his way to help get the situation resolved. He was fast and efficient all while multitasking, greeting customers, paperwork, answering phone calls, etc. Forget 5 stars I would give Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth & my salesperson Hamilton D. 10 STARS if I could for a top of the line experience. Anyone in search of a car come to this dealership. More

They offer no pressure on the sales side but simply present you their pricing which is quite fair I might add and let you make your own decisions. The service staff is also quite knowledgeable and always tries to save you money. Add to that fact I never have to wait long. One more thing Hamilton Dueberry is an awesome salesperson.
