I came in today to get my car serviced and just as it started raining the courtesy driver cut in front of me and parked in the express entrance - ok! I pulled my car behind his and went inside to drop off the key! All of a sudden the guy comes back and demands that I move my car so that he can back out. I asked him why he decided to park in the express garage and he tells me he didn't want to get wet! I told him I would move after my ticket was written up so he walks over and says he will do it - I told if touched my car I would call the police. After I grabbed the GM - I went back outside and my car was gone - not in the shop -missing! 10 minutes later my car emerges and is pulled into the garage! This employee should be fired- totally unacceptable! I would have called the Gwinnett Police but the GM said he would take care of it. I had planned on getting my front right rim replaced and the oil changed (62K) but I'm so livid about this I told the service department just to change the oil. Rest assure - somebody at Rick Case Hyundai owes me an apology - the employee needs a reprimand and re-training - I'll take my business to Athens Hyundai next time - shameful service! More

Long wait times You get there, no one greets you, they stare at You crazy with an annoyed look on their face, and wait on you to say something. Then you sign the form an sir in the lobby waiting to be helped while employees walk around texting or chatting with each other like you came for them to do you a big inconvenient favor Update: I am editing this request because it was requested that I do so after a discussion with management, and I understand why the wait was so long. I still feel the dealership needs to hire and/or train at least one, preferably two, more employees to handle their uber program, which is why I had to wait so long. But regardless if Im a traditional customer or not I still should not have to wait two hours or more to even be seen and the event take literally 6 to 8 or more hours. Thats unacceptable, and more staff needs to be trained or hired to meet demand, or stop offering the program altogether at your dealership if your manpower simply cannot handle the demand. Not even offering it is better than offering a subpar experience for something that may not even get done. But none of this is the fault of Hamilton Dueberry, who can only do one thing at a time. So ill give this 4 stars. More
