I don't know if it is the dealership or just Hyundai Cars. One word.... Cheap Cars! These cars have more recalls than any other car I have ever known and owned. Five years ago, I started to purchase Cars. One word.... Cheap Cars! These cars have more recalls than any other car I have ever known and owned. Five years ago, I started to purchase Hyundai vehicles for business since they were relatively inexpensive. In that period, I have owned 10 Hyundai cars and have had over 17 recalls. Most Hyundai Dealerships are also trash, they will not honor the Warranty and or give you a loaner. For those that want to purchase Hyundai cars, you may be lucky and get a great car and a good dealership, the alternative is xxxx. Even Hyundai Motors of America are as useless as the cars themselves. They take forever to fix the recalls and won't help you if you have issues with a car. The reimbursement program is xxxx. Instead of giving loaners, they want you to rent and pay for the rental and ask for reimbursement which they scrutinize with a fine-tooth comb and take forever to pay. IF they did that with their cars we would love them. So with Hyundai cars, you are either a lucky owner or one whose going through xxxx. Those are your alternatives If they work they work well, when they don't you are in for a tough time both from the dealership and HMA. If you can, stay away from Hyundai cars. They are not worth the trouble or investment when you get problems with the car. Again from the dealership and HMA. I bought a car from Rick Case Hyundai that did not drive off the lot, the salesperson selling the vehicle claimed it was checked and double-checked for safety and it was a great car. After purchase, I was told that it needed a new transmission and it would take 2 months or more to get the part and fix it. Luckily I was able to get my refund after about a month and wasting my time to purchase. Less than two months that very same car was sold to another person, poor guy he bought the car trusting the dealership only to be sold a dud. I am sure he will come here to write his review. In this market, there are certain cars and dealerships you should stay away from. One of those is Hyundai! More
Everything was easy until it came time to sign paperwork. The MSRP of the car magically went up over $3000 when he put the paper in front of us. When I asked why, I was told it was because of some $3000 protection package they put on all new cars. I asked them to take it off since I was fine without it, and he came back saying the best he could do was knock $1000 off since the package was something all new cars had to get. If this is the case, just advertise the car as being a higher price. This all came after being told they wouldn’t budge on the list price, so it’s not like we were saving the money somewhere else. It just felt like a bait and switch. I won’t be doing business with any Rick Case dealership in the future. More
I am beyond frustrated!!! I purchased a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata (in 2018). My current problems started in December 2021, when my car literally shut down, without any warning, WHILE I WAS DRIVING!!! Hyundai Sonata (in 2018). My current problems started in December 2021, when my car literally shut down, without any warning, WHILE I WAS DRIVING!!!. I got it to the closest Dealership (Rick Case Hyundai). Tammy, the service manager helped me. It looked like there was some kind of engine recall, but first she said it might be MY fault because my car smelled like Diesel fuel!! WHAT!! Once I showed her my gas receipt, she changed her tune and then went through all the reasons why I would have to partially pay for this essential repair (Although it is under warranty!!). She stated there were no loaner cars available because of this massive recall and on top of that, she didn't know WHEN it could get fixed, because they had to order to part. This is my second brand new Hyundai and absolutely my last!! I will NEVER do business with this sham of a company again!! More

Marcellas & Andrew gave excellent and honest service! Not your typical salesmen. Marcellas even recommended a vehicle that was less expensive than the one we originally came in for because he felt it would b your typical salesmen. Marcellas even recommended a vehicle that was less expensive than the one we originally came in for because he felt it would be easier for our daughter to maneuver having less driving experience. I really appreciated that and we bought the vehicle with no hesitation. The entire process was professional and smooth from start to finish. We were in and out in about an hour and a half. When we need another vehicle we will definitely be back! Highly recommend these two young men - great job guys! More

Service? What Service?!? I have a faulty engine, They are saying it will be replaced, so they get one star. When that might be they can not give me even an estimate. I have to let the phone ring forever (average of 15 minutes each time) to hear that they answer and put me right back on hold. I spoke to Tammy (the service manager) all she wanted to do was tell me they were doing me a favor to even take my car in. If you want to talk to someone there I suggest going there to ask. More
Got a recall letter and took my car in - Rick Case said they had to examine the car to see if it was eligible (even though I had the letter). They never called about the repair - called 2 months later and again they tried to pressure me into overpriced and in some cases unnecessary work. The service tech (Alex) told me that I should get new spark plugs at 56k miles. Any google search will tell you that Genesis recommends new spark plugs at 97k miles. All of the services they offered were overpriced, even for a dealership. No return phone calls from Tammy. Bait and Switch Operation - avoid Rick Case. More
