A good friend said, "Give Hyundai and Rick Case consideration. The Hyundai is the new Honda - people just don't know the brand yet." After visiting other dealerships with test drives of other models, we stopped at Rick Case. From the minute we walked in, the no pressure atmosphere and truly helpful staff and sales consultant (Kevin Cook) walked us through the philosophy of Rick Case and the features of the Hyundai. After explaining their 100,000 mile warranty program on used cars (mile "1" begins when you buy the car - no matter the previous mileage), we were sold on the car we liked. The only option it didn't have that we wanted was a sunroof. No problem! A guaranteed factory sunroof was installed within 3 days, and we drove away as happy customers! More

General review Both agents [Regina and JT] were professional and they found the car I wanted in another dealership. The person that filled out all the papers with our information was quick and took time to explain every detail. At the time we picked up the car, Regina and JT were not working and we had a hard time finding someone to show us the car's functionality. Unfortunately we had to come back because the temporary information sticker was not attached in the tag area. At the time I signed the papers, Hyundai Motors was the company that had given me the credit. 2 days after we got the car I received a notification from the company monitoring my credit saying that my credit was checked by various banks a total of 18 times. However, the part I did like was my salesman, Mr. Blessing. I consider him an excellent salesman. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, including the vehicle by vin number, before I came to the dealership he made the process easier. He did not try to sell me crap that I didn't want, although one of the managers tried to sneak in gap insurance on the sly. But I caught that by analyzing every detail. Having dealt with a Rick Case dealership in my hometown of Miami, I knew the experience would go reasonably well and it did. Glad I purchased my 2016 Sonata Sport from here. Also with Rick Case doubling the powertrain warranty that made me feel comfortable buying my first Hyundai (I usually do Toyota, Honda and Lexus). More
