horrible experience I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and was not happy with the service. I purchased the car on a Thursday and was told it would be ready f I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and was not happy with the service. I purchased the car on a Thursday and was told it would be ready for pick up on Friday. I returned Friday to pick up the vehicle and was told they had to order some parts for it and it wont be ready to Monday. I was given a loaner car to drive. When I picked up the vehicle and inspected it the vehicle was not cleaned properly, the gate to my door did not work properly and is dangerous, the windshield wiper was hanging down and needed to be replaced, I was told by the sales manager i would get a full tank of gas. I got less than a quarter tank of gas( i took a picture of the fuel gauge), by the time i got to work the gas the light was on. I was told by the sales manager and his boss that they would not pay for the additional repairs after i signed the contract. I have purchased 3 cars from Rick Case and I will NEVER buy another car from here again after this. More

Absolutely Great Experience! Having just returned to the workforce after a long, long period of time, I really appreciated the attention I received from Blessing Iyere (my salespe Having just returned to the workforce after a long, long period of time, I really appreciated the attention I received from Blessing Iyere (my salesperson). He was diligent to ensure I was heading to my appointment and greeted my family appropriately when we arrived. We were offered refreshments, a personal seating area, and had our questions answered. Additionally, we were greeted by the floor manager and given a business card of every person that could ensure our satisfaction, including the direct line to Mr. Rick Case himself. We, too, received a book detailing the core values of the Case Family. How about that? I was a little hesitant about the condition and 200K+ mileage of my trade, but Blessing assured me that all would be fine and it was. We test drove two vehicles-one used, one new- and I opted for the new vehicle. I stressed the fact that having being displaced for so long in the workplace that I really needed a dependable car that would make sure I kept my new job. They did just that...I drove off the lot in my brand new 2016 model and I love it. It really is a sigh of relief in a world of so much uncertainty. Thank you Rick Case. RL Williams was very professional and very detailed. Gabriel Rodrigues assisted Regina briefly at the end with me and was good and a future up and coming sales star. As for the Service team needs to step it up as Tammy Baker (Service Manager) is awful and not a good representative of customer service. It would have been nice for the service person (she wasn't memorable either) who initially checked me in to congratulate me on my purchase. Of course, that didn't happen and she was probably following in Tammy's training...NOT GOOD. More
