Tammy Baker is "THE GREATEST SERVICE MANAGER OUT THERE". I have to give an ENORMOUS SHOUT OUT to her! Every time I go there for service on my vehicle, she makes is "THE GREATEST SERVICE MANAGER OUT THERE". I have to give an ENORMOUS SHOUT OUT to her! Now & Forever A Loyal Customer I have to start this review with a huge THANK YOU and BRAVO !!! to the service department at Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. I was one of those truly rel I have to start this review with a huge THANK YOU and BRAVO !!! to the service department at Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. I was one of those truly reluctant chic's to take my car to " the dealership".......it all started when I was 6 months pregnant, I pull into my school parking lot to greet my lovely students for the day and my vehicle will not go into park...ugh , not exactly what I was ready for ..after calling and yelling at my hubby like it was his fault ( sorry babe ) , he calms me and tells me to drive to the dealership near our house. I head over to Rick Case and drive in the service bay , I am immediately greeted by Tammy and instantly feel like I had just pulled into my sister's garage she was so sweet and kind to me at my time of despair. Tammy hears my plight and immediately takes over the situation ( not my sister's normal older sisterly ways.....sorry Gail ) she helps me out , gets my 2 year old and walks us in to the waiting area. I am asked while I'm waiting if I need anything to drink, eat, if I need cartoons on for my son etc... I am immediately relaxing and breathing a sigh of relief. As I sit and wait I am nervous that all this special care will $$ cost me in the end...ugh... when the service team was completed I was more than happy !!! The cost did not break the bank at all and the most important part was I NEVER FELT like they were taking advantage of me or just trying to get more money out of me. I can honestly say I will never ever go anywhere else !!! I am sold on Rick Case Hyundai !!!!! For all those " don't go to the dealer people "..........Your missing out Rick Case Hyundai in new age terms is AMAZEBALLS !!!!!! More

Tammy greeted me in the service drive and got me taken care of right away. They made me feel like a long term customer that had been going there for years. Tammy was very knowledgeable and personable and from this point forward will be the only person to take care of my vehicle. I will be in the market for a new hyundai in the next few months and because of Tammy and her friendly staff I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else. Thank you so much for the great experience! Lack of knowledge My wife took her Hyundai Genesis 4.6 in for maintenance services. One service requested was a transmission service. She got the car back and the trans My wife took her Hyundai Genesis 4.6 in for maintenance services. One service requested was a transmission service. She got the car back and the transmission jerked and at times slipped. The service was not performed correctly. They did it again and all is ok now. However, I noticed on the paid invoice that no transmission filter was listed, which means that the new transmission fluid is installed with an old dirty filter. I called the service manager and was told that the Genesis 4.6 has no filter. That is absolutely wrong. The parts department has it listed. The filter for the Genesis 4.6 V8 is made in the plastic transmission pan/filter and should have been changed. The complete pan/filter should be replaced along with pan seals and "O" rings. More extensive training is needed for the proper maintenance of the Hyundai Genesis and Equus. More
